  • Should I continue service in Winter or when I am not using my pool?

    While it is fully within your right to cancel service at any time, it is recommended you maintain service of your pool all year long. Despite experiencing less use in wintertime and other periods of inclement weather, Nature continues to disrupt balance of water chemistry, and buildup of debris can have detrimental effects both on water quality and pool equipment. Continual and preventative service is preferable to emergency reactive service.

  • Can I schedule a one-time service or do I have to sign up for a long-term contract?

    We offer both one-time services and long-term service contracts. You can choose the option that best suits your needs and preferences.

  • How much does your pool service cost?

    We offer two main packages, Basic and Full service, which can be viewed in our service section. We also offer One Time Visits either to supplement routine service or if you're only interested in one service. Fees are subject to variation based on changing market and labor conditions, with notification of course.

  • Are your pool technicians certified?

    Our pool technicians undergo extensive training and are supervised by personnel Chief Pool Operator (CPO) certified by the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance, ensuring that they can provide the highest level of service.

  • How do I know if my pool equipment needs repair or replacement?

    Our pool technicians will assess your equipment during routine service visits and inform you if any components require repair or replacement.

  • What services does your company provide for pools?

    Our company specializes in maintaining and servicing pools, including chemical balancing, cleaning, filter maintenance, and general upkeep. We do not offer pool construction services.

  • How often should I have my pool serviced?

    The frequency of pool service depends on your pool's usage, environment, and your preferences. Generally, weekly or bi-weekly service is recommended for optimal pool health.

  • What is included in your Basic Service package?

    Our Basic service package includes water testing and chemical balancing, filter cleaning and/or backwashing, and an equipment inspection.

  • What is included in your Full Service package?

    Our Full Service package includes water testing and chemical balancing, filter cleaning and/or backwashing, an equipment inspection, and debris removal.

  • Do you offer emergency pool services?

    Yes, we provide emergency pool services to address issues such as equipment failure, leaks, water quality problems, or debris removal. Contact our customer service team to schedule an emergency visit; additional charges apply.

  • Can you service saltwater pools?

    Yes, our CPO-Certified team is experienced in servicing traditional chlorine-based pools, saltwater pools, and bromine-based pools. Additional chargers may apply.
